Does it hold back at 25mph? A mm may be all you need.

I believe that no balancing was required when you tested first charge cycle?
Most of the time bottom balance gets messed up by trying to balance cells on the top. Even a monitor connected to them may cause more issues than it helps.
The conversions I’ve done are running “free range” with only unconnected balance leads on some for easy testing.
The packs I’ve sold with bms seem to have issues.
I have a few more 25s packs tested, and plan to list them on here with a link to your success.
Other than checking cell voltages, it must be a 2 hour conversion.
