What 4-pin connector is this?

JST-XHP JST Connector Kit with 2.54mm Female Pin Header

The one side looks the same but the other has pins to connect to a PCB. I need ones that enables a crimped cable to be inserted on the male and female parts.

Can anyone please tell me what this is called? I’ve spent ages searching and everything I have looked at has those pins, even though clearly from the photo it is possible to get these types of connectors.

What pitch are they? Are you sure of XHP?

Not all series make male pin free hanging connectors. I usually use a gender changer made from two “through hole” sockets soldered together pin to pin.

Hello Inwo, thanks for your reply.

I don’t know exactly what they are, I need more of the same as pictured without them being mounted on cable already and with crimps connectors ready to attach to cable of the same size.

A lot of them look the same. Can you measure the pitch? Looks smaller than 2.54mm.
1mm, 1.25, 1.5, 2 are common. PH is 2mm I believe. What is it used on, or is it a new project?

This is PH 2.0mm

Thanks for your reply, it’s for a cotton angel eye car ring light cable extension. The cable is really short and I want it to be black too (not going to be installed in car and cables on show).

I measured the female 4 pin connector and it is 6.75mm wide. I have digital calipers but no way to measure distance between pins.

From the photos shared, it looks like micro JST/JST.

I bought these thinking they were the right size but the connectors are massive: 10sets XH2.54 2.54mm Wire Cable Connector XH Plug Male & Female JST Aerial Docking for Battery Charging Cable DIY from https://m.aliexpress.com/item/4000144108861.html?spm=a2g0n.orderlist-amp.item.4000144108861&aff_trace_key=cf2b0933894a4e97824ea97d2c9251ac-1604076137433-00748-UneMJZVf&aff_platform=msite&m_page_id=3089amp-AsZ3jnnTOTVvIYW7_Tt8Gg1604779654394&browser_id=d78cf5663ad34c78896e0620db9a2cdd&is_c=N
