Attempted to call, Google Assistant answered and stated your weren’t available to take calls.
I have a 2020 GEM E4 that I purchased new in late Dec 2020 and the local GEM dealer said the AGM 48v battery pack and DeltaQ charger required replacing after the annual service. That would have been over $6,000. I paid for the new DeltaQ charger and 2 dead batteries and have now decided to shop for a Lithium battery pack drop in replacement. Any recommendations? BTW I have lost all trust in the local GEM dealer.
I have batteries for 2020, but am in Europe until end of June
The end of June/July should be fine. What is your price? Will my new DeltaQ charger need reprogrammed or replaced? Thanks

I have a 2001 gem T1 controller 72 volt with delta Q charger. Are you still selling lithium batteries that are dummy proof diy that I can drop in without any major problems ?

yes, we have one that fit easily in a 2001. you still need some diy skills to install it. but no advanced electrical knowledge necessary.
