Hi David, thanks for responding I received your email but I don’t see an attachment to open or down load. Please advise
Thanks Joe
Hi David, I’m new to the forum. I recently bought a Ford Think that the batteries were stolen from and they pretty much cut up the wires. I was hoping to get a copy of the manual or wiring diagram for the Ford Think.
Thanks in advance

Thanks so much. This is exactly what I needed.

I am working on a custom WiFi enabled instrument controller for my Ford Think. I have all of the high voltage working (motor works) but don’t have any low volatage working (no 12V lighting). I have some questions on connector J8. The service manual states that DC/DC converter 1 is grounded on the instrument cluster PCBA. How are pins 3 (12 volt power), 4 (12 volt return), 12 (12 volt Return (coil)) and 13 (12 volt power) handled?
The dc/dc converters are grounded to the battery pack. See page 82. Pin 3 of the dc/dc converter. Same page for pin 4 which is battery pack voltage when the service disconnect is turned on.
Pin 12 and 13 J8 connector is shown on page 125. Pin 12 is switched ground for the dc/dc relay. Pin 13 is 12-volt power from the dc/dc converter.
You first want to see if you have battery pack voltage and ground going into the dc/dc converter. Pins 3 and 4. If you do, next check to see if you have 12 volts power and ground coming out. Pins 1 and 2
