Delta q just stop working

My 2014 gem has a delta q charger that just stop working no lights on it what can I do ?

  • Verify that your outlet coming from the house is working with a lamp or whatever you got. If you happen to be using a GFCI make sure it is not tripped.
  • Then do the same to your extension cord. Is there power at the end of your cord?
  • Tilt the hood forward and check the cord coming out of the back of your hood as it goes to your charger. There is a connector inline that can become disconnected. Make sure that is clean and tight.

  • What have you done to your car lately?
  • When was the last time the charger was working properly?
  • Is you Main Battery Disconnect switch in the ON position?
  • What does your Battery Status Meter (SOC) show?
  • When the car is plugged in to charge, does it show a little charge icon on the display?

This happened late nite car been working great cable are good no lights on charger at all I need to take it apart any one know how

Did you try ANY of the suggestions I listed above?
What was the outcome?

And NO. You do not get to take it apart!

FYI, you’ll get nowhere here if you don’t answer the questions asked of you. And if you don’t understand a question ask for more information otherwise you’re wasting everyones time because we can’t read your mind nor see what happened to your GEM.
