Delta Q error code

Yesterday our GEM e825 made 2 routine trips to the beach. Afterwards it was plugged in as normal. Today the dash shows 1 red line, it had about 1/2 charge when plugged in yesterday.

The Delta Q charger is flashing 4 reds. According to my manual that indicates and AC out of range.

Please help. Let me know how to correct the situation.

Shorter/larger cord. Use outlet near breaker panel.
Check for melting connections on a.c. Gem wiring.

Thank you. I replaced the 16 gauge cord with 12 gauge and all is well.
