I recently installed a charger from it Q on a golf cart and when I connected the wires I accidentally touched the green wire to the battery negative, since I had already connected the positive, with that caused a spark and now the led is flashing red 6 times… Can I do something to fix it?

That short circuit blows an internal fuse.

That fuse is NOT easy to get to.
