Chevy Spark EV Donor For Kit Car

Iā€™m waiting for the day that I can purchase a used Chevy Spark EV drivetrain to use in a Porsche 550 Spyder kit car.
I plan on using the stock battery pack, digital dashboard and inverter.
Will the CAN BUS need to be hacked in order to operate correctly? :confused:
