7 1/2 years with Chevy Volt pack

Bottom line, as good today with 9000 miles on the pack as it was when installed. Top speed still 36 mph by GPS with original MM and range 15 - 20 miles, speed dependent, on my '08 e2.
Obtained 21s, 47 ah pack from INWO along with a Chargery BMS. With his guidance, probably got tired of me bugging him, installed the pack with no problems. He also reprogrammed my Delta Q. One cell died about a year in, lucky #13, and got a split module from INWO. Got a Blue motor (more power) and diff input kit from Rodney. Chargery died about 2 years ago and got a JK BMS from AR. Pestered AR with questions during install, he’s a Saint. Managed to transfer all 42+ sensor wires from Chancery connector to the JK’s and got it right the first try.

Speed limit in most of my golf cart community is 25 mph so that is what I run (except when the cops aren’t watching or I want to smoke a golf cart). Completed an 11 mile round trip this morning which is about as far as I can go in my subdivision. At the end of the run the JK showed 77.1 V, 66% battery left and max cell difference was 0.024.

Other than fluid changes the only other maintenance item was replacing one rubber boot on the steering rack in 15,000 total miles.
Very happy with my set up.
