Then how many clicks forward to ON?
From Home(OFF) does it also go back one click to ACC?
I think acc is pos 1.

Fyi, Sevcon all need to start in neutral.
Pb and other safety switches are not connected.
Sevcon isn’t awake. Do I need to complete the circuit with the orange side of the grey wire and hook that up elsewhere. When I go blue to orange with multimeter, it’s hunting

Yes… Orange on the center post. Blue disconnected from the busbar and alligator clipped to the key tap.
If I take a volt reading from blue to orange with the key on, shouldn’t I get 12 volts?
Yes, orange is minus 12v? Then to blue is 12v.
