Got it. Thank you! I have read all the threads here and you mention a few times to test the dc/dc converter. I found the back converter and It looks like the 2 orange “in” lines from the battery are together with the “out” (12V) the black and red lines in the same plastic 4 prong plug pin. I tested 77V going in from the pin, but how do I test the 12V out if it needs to be plugged into the converter? Am I going to have to pig tail wires into the converter from the pin for the orange?
Thanks for sharing your know how on this!!
Back probe the connector. Meaning slide your tester leads down the side of the wires into the back of the connector where it will make contact with the metal. You can also use paperclips to accomplish this. Just make sure the paper clips don’t touch each other. Then carefully slide the connector back onto the converter and measure the voltage.
You can also test the front converter first as it’s much easier to access. If it tests good simple plug the rear connecter into the front converter and see if the problem is fixed. If it’s than you know the rear converter is bad.
Hi David, can I please get a copy of the manual as well if still available. My think keeps blowing the 10a fuse down by the batteries marked gauge/mtr-cntr. Do you know what might be causing this?

The wires for that fuse go to pin 1 of the motor controller and pin 1 of the instrument cluster connector J7A. Both are Orange/Violet wires. First, I would unplug the 23 pin motor controller connector and retest to see if the fuse still blows. If it does, unplug the 20 pin instrument cluster connector and see if the fuse still blows. If it still blows with both of those components unplugged, you have a shorted wire. If it stops blowing the fuse with one of them unplugged, I would send it out for testing. Motor controller to FSIP (open a business account for big discount). If it’s the instrument cluster, contact Bob the Cluster Guy in Florida.
