Hey Guys,
Anyone ever run into an issue with the windshield wiper squirter ? The wiper blade works, but as soon as I push in on the squirter button the fuse pops. Any ideas for troubleshooting would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have a meter?
Set it to Ohms and see if the wiper motor is fully shorted.
Or - if you have a pocket full of fuses leave the motor unplugged and try the squirter button again. If the fuse still blows then your issue is in the wiring.
If your fuse survives, measure for power all the way out to the plug. then your pump squirter is stuck or just shorted. I hear it is a common squirt pump.
Update… If I push the squirter button, it immediately pops the fuse. I can still activate the wiper on 2 different speeds without popping the fuse. Wiring looks to be ok, but haven’t checked for rubbing, cuts or abrasions to the entire length of the harness. Any other ideas it could be ? I’ll check the wiring today when I get a chance.
