I own a 2009 GEM E4. It is not charging. I want to trace the problem. It is unplugged, main switch turned off. The fuse box is open. How do I remove the large round fuses? Do they unscrew, pull out, or what? Once the fuse to the 72V fuse is checked, then on to the battery charger and batteries. Thanks for any input in advanced.

if you have switch on and connect charger,are there any lights on the charger or red flash on it ?

The charger is flashing red. I assume this not good.
