I worked with AssyRequired today on my charger issue. After countless attempts, AssyRequired determined that a black wire in a bundle of wires output from the charger was connected to the wrong place. After putting the wire in a proper location feeding the controller, we were able to get the charger charging. After multiple attempts I got to the proper algorithm. Success!! Now to the next issue: why no display.

Was it plugged in and charging when you tried the Key ON?
I noticed no display before the charger would charge.

No. I turned the AC off before I turned the key on.
