If you can get your motor to him, See what it will take for him to totally go through it for you. He knows the tricks to get these motors apart, freshen them up, and might even have the parts on the shelf.

After trying the tap method several times with no success, I purchased a programing kit. Evidently I was reading the code wrong. The charger is set on alog 6. the charger has alogs 1,3,5,6,7,8,11,27,43,and 73 on it. I am using 105 ah wet deep cycle batteries. What would be the best Alog setting for these batteries? thanks for the help.
Some people can’t seem to get that tap method. It is the most user hostile interface I have ever come in contact method.
According to my list-
#6 is a Deka 8G31 Gel.
If you are using Wet 105 you should be able to use 3 or 5. See how it goes.
