You guys got me to the rebuild part before, now the controller is back in and not getting power with the main switch on or key on.
-The display is working with key on but still the flashing thing.
-Car seems to be to be charging normal.
-All 12V accesories work fine including 13.6V indicators for battery on outlet.
-The contactor does not clunk under any circumstance or get voltage anywhere but the positive terminal.
- I have 76v up to the + side of the contactor.
- Main fuse and fuse 13 are good.
I was told this may have something to do with the DC/DC converter (delta q 922-7200 charger). I believe the key-off power to the controller is supposed to come from this unit, but the manual I have been able to find all matches pretty well except that model has a separate charger and converter. So I cant tell where the power is supposed to come from by that. I did some checks on these wires that i have seen in the manuals but not sure what is relevant.
-I have 76v on the green wire from the charger to the interlock.
-I have 43v on the red wire pin of J4 at the PSDM from the converter, which seems a wierd number, but idk its almost 13.6x3 which I think is what is being output, right?
Any ideas for how to trace this out?
