Not sure what you mean by “pads.” 2005 and newer have front disc brakes and use pads. All others use “shoes.” Both are easy to replace by any trained mechanic. After market pads and shoes can be found on the list below:

you will need rear wheel spacers 1.5" on ebay for $65 if you have 2 seater with rear spat you may have to put 1" wooden blocks to lift spat a little higher.
if you have a pickup version no wheel spacers are needed
lug nuts for new rims are 12mm x 1.5" chrome
this will increase overall speed 4-6 mph
