the zivan distributer in cali well do it , but heard they are real slow
what year gem
Did you try FSIP?
its a 2002 4 seater. i am probably sending out to zivan dealer in cali but havent had much time lately
does anyone know what voltage the zivan shuts off at with gel batteries ?
it might work with lithium

here is the charger info i have on the zivan
copy link into browser will open picture cant figure out how to post it in forum
You have to have 5 posts.
here Is a suggestion . set your charger to gel , put a volt meter on it and plug it in. you can charge those cells to 4.2v . so 20 cells = 84v . just watch the volt meter .
gel batteries are usually charged between 13.5 and 13.8v each . so x 6 = 81v - 82.8v.
that would put your lithium cells between 4.05v and 4.14v perfect .
you may not have to change your zivan charger at all .
p.s. this wont work with a deltaq , they do a very high voltage equalization on every charge (16v per battery) so tooo high for lithium
Charger says 97.2v um so I take it that is to much?
I dought that it is charging to 976v on gel battery setting . set it to gel and measure it .
Do the leaf cells sag after they are charged I have left it on before and it was over 4.4v and would not power on the she throwing a code
drop back , no not very much. I did the same thing . turn on the head lights asap and drain the pack down , then it well start . on a t4 you have to be below 86v , donāt know t2
Thatās what I thought and that was charging on the gel algorithm so I have to send the charger out I talked to elcon this is what he sent me for a algorithm. Let me know what you think
#506 looks good . the others wont get your cells high enough . 4.10v finishing voltage is about perfect .
Alright I guess Iām gonna have to down it and send it out like 3 week turn around timeā¦
Ouch, I worry when I hit 4.23!
Do you think that you can re-pin (2 or 3 pins) in 23p plug?

Yea thats no problem, I do extensive wiring on a daily basis for my job, have all the removal picks and pushers
How is it working out?
Finally got around to connecting my modified 48v DQ.
Maximum setting=177=65.688 volts.
Iām up to 66.35 and itās still charging at 20a.
Does that seem right?
Hmmm
Does the patient have a fever, is there any abdominal stress? :frown:

Itās my wireless meter.
Finish voltage is right on.
