Anything like this?

Could it be red/green?

Red/green is shown powering key switch from charger +72v.

In a Zivan app the Green and the Red with Grn strip plug into the normally passing (closed) switch in the Zivan. When you plug in the Zivan this switch opens and Prevents cart operation while charging.

In the basic Zivan you have the 110V power dongle. 72 volt plus and minus charging leads, And a port in the top of the case to plug i 2 interlock wires.

Available is a dongle that enables you to plug in a led indicator and a temperatire monitor.

Did he remove a zivan?

My car had a quick charge multi bank charger. The inner lock on that charger had a black and white wire coming off it I forgot what wire went where?

Ok so the Red with Green, ( I think I referd to it as a red/brown) but red/green that sounds like that wire is to be energized from the timer. So I will hook up red/green from the harnes to the timer. Got ya! Ok after plugging that wire in still nothing? The ground wire coming off the controller still needs somthing to plug into.

Remember I still don’t have the New Delta Q charger wired up. This may be part of my problem?

The The Delta Q has Red+ Black- and Green, and a White.

So a recap the Green from the timer and the Red & Green along with my old chargers innerlock used to all hook together.

The green from the controller used to hook to the other wire from my chargers innerlock

Here is my delta Q’s wires

Reconnect the other charger. Make sure it runs.

If it is red green…

The wire looks 70% Red with a Green or what looked brown stripe see if you can tell from this pic

If it’s like mine. I had to connect that wire to +72 volts to make car run without DQ.

I put an inline 2amp fuse and ran to main contactor.

Other wires may be to make charger work or turn on charging icon.

So David just to be clear what wire did you have to run to 72v+

It was red/grn on mine.

The DQ sends 72v to it on the DQ green to allow the car to run.
When you plug the DQ in, power on green goes away.

I have no idea if yours is the same. Colors are the same. Make sure to use a small fuse in case it’s wrong.

Sorry I forgot to post my drawing. Does this look correct to everyone

It connects to DQ temp sensor along with white wire from DQ on mine.

Sounds good

I forgot to ask where should the Green 72 volt lead that comes out of the timer go.

When I tie it into the The cars Red&Green Innerlock I get Nothing no power no nothing.

When I un plug it the key will turn the dash on for a few seconds and that’s it.
I can’t keep the dash lit or the solonoid to engage

I don’t have a schematic and my cars are different.

Can only surmise that the grn/red are getting enough current to precharge the controller.

Doesn’t the car run without it connected?
