wow impressive, i’m not overall impressed with the designs… i could do a better job in 10 min of playing arround, but over all i like the specs.

the looks are nothing extraordinary, but its a good looking car.
that’s more that phoenix can claim.

The SUT Phoenix showed at SEMA was hot. Very hard to find pics of though. Here’s the only one Google could find. I love it.

that truck is just their usual design from SsangYong Actyon but painted red and black

you can see it here

and i still think its hideous

heres the Ssangyong website

I know the SEMA truck is a modded regular SUT, but I dig it.

Scratching San Diego off my list of places to visit . . .

Honestly though, Phoenix is selling $15,000 worth of truck and $25,000 worth of batteries, if the split isn’t more in favor of the batteries and electric drivetrain and less in favor of the truck. They have to make ends meet somehow to get the price down into the $40,000 range and turn enough profit to stay in business.

The Lightning on the other hand, costs $300,000 and is an exotic car. At that price I want it to look as good as an Aston Martin. There’s no excuse for bad design in a $300,000 exotic.

despite the fact that it looks like a watered down version of a GT40 crossed with a Miata, i still want one.

In 2 years you will be able to get the wheel motors and nanobatteries. Stick them on a Factory Five Type 65 Coupe and you will be happy.
