Ford Think, No Lights, Horn, Blinkers or Hazards

What could possibly be the Gremlin here? I have a 2002 Ford Think that runs great. Batteries are strong, cluster illuminates, key and positions all work as expected. But all of a sudden, the lights, horn, flashers and blinkers don’t work. I’ve checked the 3 fuses under the seat, all good. I’ve replaced the DC DC convertor and both relays. DC to DC is showing 72 volts in and 12c volts out. What else could possibly be the issue here? Is there a main connection for the steering console wiring that could be suspect? Thanks in advance for your assistance!

Some of the Thinks were equipped with two DC Converters. You found one of them.

Check directly behind the same beam where the first one is mounted to see if you have a second unit. That might be the one you needed to replace.

If you replaced the front dc/dc converter, swap the wiring with the rear dc/dc converter and retest.

Dang! There IS a second one back there. Now the question is is how do I access it? I can’t see any logical way to disassemble the dash or fenders in order to get to it. Can you give me any good instruction for that?

Just reach around and unplug it. The harness will reach the front converter. The front converter only runs the PowerPoint. You have to remove the dash and front kick-up to replace the rear converter.

David! YOU are the man! I did as you said and it all worked. You are the Obiwan, thank you!

I have the same problem but I only have one converter
