Another disappointing story. There have been to many lately. How high does gasoline need to cost before we decide electric vehicles are a viable substitute?

“Electric Car Battery Maker A123 Systems Inc. (AONE), the electric car battery maker that received a $249 million federal grant, filed for bankruptcy protection and said it would sell its assets to Johnson Controls Inc. (JCI)”

That’s really sad, they took care of a good chunk of the after market community too…

There are other options, but still it stinks.
