I need some help in obtaining information to convince my condo to install an “informal” charging station. They are resisting in arguing that it would take up a parking spot and create a possible safety issue. There is no assigned parking but there is a location on an out building that with a 110V plug would allow charging in about four (4) spots within about a 12’ distance. The spots would be unassigned and my responsibility to find available. I would take this risk and reimburse the association for any charging.
I need some info on any possible “rights or laws”, positive experiences, subsidies, etc. I am in Tampa, FL.
