Step #1 will be to link the battery’s together and get all the balance Leeds hooked up to the BMS.

I think the key to these conversions is a Volt Meter. You think what your doing is right but the Volt Meter (if you listen to it) will never do you wrong. I have blown up like 3 BMS’s because I was not using my Volt meter the way it should be.

The JST plugs can be off by just a few volts and POOF. Your project just got side lined by 3+ weeks. If you double check and then re check your voltages you are way ahead of the game.

No I have stalled. I need to buy a transmission. I’m up in the air weather to buy a complete new car (in bad shape) for $500 or a used transmission for $250-$300+ shipping on Flea-Bay.
