Concerned with the 13.07.

First step done. In a perfectly balanced pack they would all be the same.
Now take it on your typical ride/cruise/errand.
When back do this check again. (before charging)
Chances are it will show you a different picture.

Check each one while driving or brake torque.

That is what I was going to suggest for third step of the test.
