I was able to get the software running and able to see the programming cable under Windows 10. I was just never able to power the correct place on the controller to get it to talk.
I just sent the controller and programming cable off to another person to attempt communication with an Anvil and spare controller.
I put in a new controller and now the Anvil runs but only after i give it a slight push to get started. Any idea what could cause this. I ordered a new speed controller to see if that helps.
My windows 10 cannot detect the drivers even though the dongle shows up as a device.
The cables on My Anvil to hook up to the dongle are much different than what is in the instructions so no sure what the right wires will be.
I just know that USB is only 4 wires. 2 communication and 1 power and 1 ground
That will be kind of underpowered.
Anvil oem motor will push 50mph.
I have a replacement Sevcon controller, If you can wait a few day for a client to test it.
It’s been a few years since I did my own, so I’m seeing if it can be diy.
Otherwise, if you are near someone with dvt, they could help.
