Does anyone have advice on where to buy the black charging cord for the 2016+ GEM’s, without paying $450 with a dealer?

Looks like you have multiple cords there. The house cord and the car cord. My 2016 actually used a regular extension cord. My 2020 and 2022 used what you appear to have in the picture. My 2024 actually takes a regular J1772 charging cord.
So the house cord all depends on what you use for a car cord, if that makes any sense.
For example you can get a j1772 cord for $75 and get the adapter that goes to your charger for $50 and you’re way under what the dealer wants.
Do you have links to a $75 j1772 charger and adapter?
Not $75 for both but under $75 each. 
That’s a steal. I thought about $150
Probably need one of these too.
