2002 gem with zivan charger. After a couple of minutes of charging I get a constant beeping yellow light. Apparantly the problem is this:
yellow flash with audible alarm: thermal sensor failure thermistor out of range check connection and resistance of thermal sensor.
Any ideas how to fix this?
I thought I saw a post somewhere that said you could just unplug the temp sensor. I also recall someone here taking one apart and repairing it, IIRC it was just an off the shelf thermistor under the plastic. It’s the black wire that hovers over the right terminal on the #2 battery up front.
The beeping and the lights are a code that tells you what the problem is try and do some research and locate the owners manual that outlines long beeps versus short beeps that will tell you what to check for
