Hello everyone,
I’ve made solid progress restoring my 2016 GEM, but I’m stuck on the charging system (dual Zivan chargers).
What’s happening:
With the data connector plugged into the bottom of both chargers, only one charger powers up and it displays A57. The other charger stays completely dead.
If I unplug the data connector from both chargers, then both chargers power up and display A57, and the red “charge” light is on.
Also: I can’t get the chargers to power up on 240V — they only seem to turn on using the 110V Polaris plug.
Has anyone dealt with this before or know what A57 points to on these Zivans, or where I should start checking (data harness, interlock, fuse, J1772/240V input, etc.)?
