I came across this company that tries to resurrect the Sunrise EV2 by Solectria Corp. as a kitcar.

They are in need of expertise and a helping hand though. Anybody who is interested in building his own EV should check out this website. It’s low weight makes it a much better EV concept than converting an existing bulky ICE car.

too bad they’re gonna be hard to register as a car and drive over 30mph in most states… i’d love to build one… but only if I can register it.
