Ok, It is difficult to tell in your pic, but it looks like you are building off the upper mount/quick release?
It is generally not a good idea to use that for a rear seat. I think it was only rated for 150 pounds?
It is far better to come off the frame with some added tabs and lock your seat brackets real good.
@AssyRequired yea removed the quick release just using the opening to mount to frame
