QUIQ Charger Not charging properly

Im having an issue with my QUIQ charger 72 Volt. Most of the time it will only flash red on the top light and the charger is not kicking in. But sometime the charger will kick in and I do get more of the lights flashing on charger and on the steering column light.

I just had this charger rebuilt about 3 months ago.

Any suggestions would be appreciated

The red blink is an error code.

You mention corrosion last time.
A rebuild would have replaced everything. Take a look inside if it’s bad.
If corrosion is still there, it was only a simple repair done to it.
