Possible Prototype

I just brought home two Thinks yesterday. I’m thinking the green one is a prototype as it is so much different than the Blue one.
Green Think
No Vin Tag-no holes in the dash where a tag may have been
Three Batteries in the front and Three under the seat
Cluster Gauge is different
Battery cover under seat is one piece will have to remove seat bases to take off
wet cells-Charger looks the be attached to every battery separately

I am in Lower Michigan-Any experts in my area?

I see that the previous owner already has a thread on this. I should have dug deeper, anyway newbie here with an odd Think. Bought two from the same guy, plan is to hopefully get one to operate as it should and then get this green one up and running.
