No lights

I just bought a 2002 Gem E825. Runs good. But, nothing works. No head-rear-turn lights, no fan, no wiper.
Had all of the batteries tested. They were all good except for the outside two. They were both low.
What do you have?

Check the 10 amp fuse. Check the DC/DC converter.

Where are these?

under the dash

Is there a trick to getting the dash cover off?

open the hood there is two bolts holding the dash in place to the metal frame then run your hand under the gray plastic dash top to undo the velcro just lift up and off to the right to clear the steering column.

Open the hood the service fuse block is on the firewall on the passenger side under the rubber water shield

What do the fuses look like under the dash?

They are on the fire wall passenger side under the hood NOT under the dash.

Email me rodneyadiehl@aol.com and I will send you a pdf manual

The fuses under the hood are all good. Still nothing.

Sorry was indicating the converter was under the dash area…

I inspected the fuses. All good. I had the batteries tested. They are all 12+ volts except for the outside two batteries (the ones farthest driver and passenger)
I have no horn, wiper, lights or turn signals. Additionally, there appears to be no repair shops near me.
OLD HOUSEBOATER has been trying to walk me through, but I am still stuck.

Make sure your getting 72 volts to the converter with the key on pins 1 and 12

check to see if your getting any 12 volts out of the DC converter - pins 6 and 7

then go from there to the fuse panel.
