I have a 2002 Gem e4. When I turn on the key I do not get an error code but all the maintenance lights along with the D DL and R lights flash. When I take off the Brake there is no click and nothing happens when depressing the accelerator pedal…anyone know what I may need to fix/replace?

Wrong year cart. What model controller do you have?

I put the year of my Cushman down by mistake. It is a 2007 Gem e4. Have to check on the model controller I have.

That makes more sense. You have a T4 controller.

This document is the manual for your controller. Print it out and follow the trouble shooting tree. After you have done that tell us what you have done and we can go from there.

Rodney, I’ve run into the blinking error described by op.Get that error when doing certain modifications.:o

Pin 23 of 23p connector of T4 is serial out. It is connected to display, sending error codes, speed info etc.

Disconnecting pin 23 causes those lights to flash. Just as described.

From that , we may infer that T4 is not transmitting or display is not receiving RS232 data.

Check cables, connections, and power to T4??
