I recently purchased a used 2017 Gem with the utility box on the back it only has 840 miles on it and it’s equipped with the 12.4 KW lithium ion batteries but is dead in the water no power I strongly suspect that is the auxiliary battery that is dead but haven’t got a chance to test it out yet and I will probably be asking all kinds of questions since this is my first gem.
