I want to add an electric motor to my Diamond Back mountain bike. It has a 26 inch rim and is a 24 speed. I am 6’1 and weigh around 190 lbs. (I’m in the army so that is why I weigh so much) I live in Des Plaines, IL and wanted to get some kind of motor for my bike. I can’t find any dealers around me and was wondering if anyone knew dealers in IL within say, 100 miles. What are some good place to go to? Thanks for your help in advance cause I’m about to give up.
