Map of existing charging stations

I understand that some cars presently use a standard 110v 15 amp plug, and future cars will use 220 or whatever. Does there exist today a map of locationes where you could plug in the standard plug for free or pay for service. This is for Canada, I know California is ahead of the game. I think there are stores and locations that would like to be on the map, if this does not exist yet then I would arrange to develope one. Locations could registar their site and the public could search for locations so they could plan a trip.
