Polaris Introduces RANGER EV Li-Ion Polaris Pursuit Camo (With Brammo Tech)
Polaris introduced its off-road electric vehicle RANGER EV Li-Ion Polaris Pursuit Camo with lithium-ion batteries supplied by a Brammo subsidiary.
According to Polaris, it’s one of the first vehicles developed with Brammo, so we can expect more (separately, Polaris’s Victory Motorcycles launched the 2016 Empulse TT motorcycle).
RANGER EV Li-Ion Polaris Pursuit Camo costs around twice that of the lead-acid version ($22,999 compared to $11,299). Well, that’s more than the newly announced Volkswagen e-Golf SE for $22,315 including full tax credit.
Due to its lithium-ion batteries, it has more range (up to 50 miles), and is lighter, so payload was increased
