Hi, and Thanks for allowing me to join your forum. My wife and I just purchased a place in the NC mountains. Major construction for 6 months or so. In the meantime one of my goals is to learn about GEM NEVs. Most likely to purchase in late 2012 or 2013. Couple question right off the bat. When I search on E-trader, amazon and others it seems like the 2002 model listings are 8 to 1 compaired to other year models. Any reason for this?
Most folks buy new or used?
