Ok … Charger back in and kicking butt. The new chip makes a heck of a difference. Was definitely under charging before installed USB charging port to purple and black wires as you suggested. Works fine. (Key on only)… so I get everything back together, turn key on and no go… Got a # 11 code. (Still getting 4 flashing green light over the battery symbol, but I’ll re chek that once the batteries are fully charged and charger has shut itself off.) anyway, I fiddled with the brake and key and acceleratior and nothing. I let it sit with key on for about a minute, code went away and all is working fine now. Any idea what a # 11 code was trying to tell me??

Where was your right foot when you turned the keyON?
Most likely resting on the pedal a bit? That will set a code 11.
Usually lifting up your foot clears the code.
Sometimes it is the floor mat or a pebble keeping the pedal from coming all the way up.
