Hello, I just bought a brand new Aerovironment Level 2 charging station. After mounting it and plugging it in, the only light that comes on is the first one: Power present. The self-test does not do anything, nor does plugging in the car. I looked up the model# and found that this one has connectivity via cellular, network, and wifi (the “SMART” version). Does it need some sort of configuration before I can use it, or is it just defective? I’ve already spoken to AV and they have no answers. Any help would really be appreciated!
