GEM Electrical Issue - NEED YOUR HELP!

If the motor is working then it sounds like maybe the controller or wiring. I just disconnected my motor sensor and was still able to move forward/backwards so it is unlikely to be the motor sensor.

Maybe to test the motor itself you can get the front wheels off the ground and use jumper cables to put 12V or 24V on it and see if it turns. @grantwest @Inwo does that sound like a good way to test the motor?

If the motor turns and tests good then I would suspect the output transistors of the controller failed as a guess.

Then the motor is not turning. What I wanted to know.
The only other thing I can think of with no code is the throttle pot not advancing.
Every thing is working, but no call for speed.
Have you lifted the drive wheels to see if the turn a creep speed?

Looks like you covered that. Armature voltage rises with throttle.
That leave stuck brushes. Jack one wheel up and spin it while tapping the end of the motor.
Test from A to A. Should be near zero using meter or continuity test light.

No but I will this weekend.

Thanks.
