Be very careful about guessing on where wires are supposed to go.
So we both aren’t guessing, What year car is this?
And are these wires in the battery compartment area?
Its a 2007 and yes wires all in battery compartment thanks
Getting good help here or anywhere begins with explaining your situation and being able to follow directions along with good communication if one of those things is out of order, it makes it really hard to help someone
Great-
In that rear harness you will find the two wires associated with the charger temp sensor. Those are the two Org/bk (possibly an Org/grn). The temp sensor looks like a large cable lug but tiny (18ga) wires going into it. It goes to the first neg battery post in the pack over on Battery 1 on the driver side.
The other important wires in this bundle are the long R/w wire and should be a Tan wire as a mate. They are part of the handbrake safety loop and go to the switch at the base of the hand brake assembly. Push them on the tabs marked Com and NO (the one offset on the top part of the switch and the next one down). Those wires must be connected together for the car to move. The switch does this when the hand brake is down.
In this harness you will also find a small 2x2 molex plug that contains the tail light wires.
The other wires are generally not connected unless your car was equipped with the extra features.
-Red wire (short) is the CHMSL (Center High Mounted Stop Light)
-The Blu/Y is the reverse light wire (you observe it as a Blu/Grn?)
-Yellow wire is classed as Unknown for now (ignore). There is a chance this was previously designated as a Lic Plate light, but this is usually tapped into the Tail Light-running wire as being easier.
