Any info would be appreciated…
While lifting my 2002 e825 I took the front two batteries out, rebuilt the gearbox and painted the subframe. I also took the steering column out and painted the plastic as well. Yesterday I reassembled everything and got some strange errors.
My Zivan NG1 which is upgraded to 150amp, set to C for my gel batteries is giving me a audible red/yellow alarm, meaning control logic is bad. The fan will start off fast then run slow.
The dash, when the key is turned on shows 5555 then 0055. Then it will go to normal speed/battery percent.
When key is off mileage shows 5555, should show 1997 miles.
Any thoughts?
