When Edinburgh council confirmed the purchase of two £26,000 Nissan Leafs and a £24,000 Mitsubishi Miev the “Green” lobby were over the moon. However, it was later revealed that two of the councils busiest offices cannot use the cars as there are no charging stations onsite!
Two steps forward and one step back? Well at least it is a move in the right direction and has got EVs back in the news again.
