Hello,

I am currently trying to communicate with the ECU my 2000 Honda Civic Lx. Through the OBDII K-Line. ( I know it’s not an electric vehicle but it seemed logical to post this question here since it is related to the electronics of the car)

My question’s where:

  1. Does the vehicle meet the SAE International Surface Vehicle Standards? Doc: J1979

  2. Are there specific PID’s (Parameter ID’s) that honda has implemented in this vehicle? (If so where could I find them)
