I don’t remember seeing this small harness poping out of other delta q’s
I ohmed out these four wires and couldn’t find any pair that acts as a charger interlock (dis connected pair when charging otherwise connected )
I got this charger free with my free gem car basket case. It very well may be from something other than a GEM.
You might have the on board dc to dc converter. Need a better picture of the other side where your hand is…
