The classic MM is for DC driven cars only. I believe your '16 car is probably one of the newer AC cars, Yes? (newer body style)
Unless you have one of those transition model change cars that was a 2015 but titled as a 2016.
For your 2016 car, there are other things that are being developed to make it go faster. I am not sure of the project status.
For 2016+ 35mph can be achieved changing gears which I’m not Fan of it since you’ll be giving away Torque for speed
Or by Software, reprogram your speed controller or SpeedBX which is a plug and play box with Bluetooth that unlocks 35mph
