Core charge for drum brakes?

Want to add a disc brake kit from NEV accessories but I noticed they want a core charge of $100 plus return shipping on my old parts.

There’s less than 1000 miles on current shoes and drums.

I don’t remember this the last time I bought a disc set.

Should I eat the $130 (with shipping) and offer them to this community or is this a deal?

I did the NEV Acc disc brake thing over a year ago and they too wanted the core parts. I had some meat on my shoes too and they said I could keep the shoes as long as all the other parts were included in the return box.

So I have extra shoes for the rear in case I need them…
